Product Usage:

The lifting hydraulic cylinder is arranged on one side of the turnover platform, which can automatically turn over and unload bulk material vehicles on one side. Safety assurance measures:

1. The hydraulic control system is designed with an emergency manual fall function. When the system is unexpectedly powered off, the hydraulic flap will stop working and stay in the current state. With the manual playback function, the hydraulic flap will slowly descend to the initial position, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment and vehicles. 

2. In terms of the electronic control system, the movement of the retaining wheel mechanism and the lifting movement of the flap are interlocked to prevent misoperation and prevent safety accidents. 

3. One side of the platform is equipped with a stop wheel mechanism , and the other side is equipped with a safety locking device to prevent the vehicle from overturning accidentally!
